Terms of Service

By creating an account and using FastFitPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legal agreement between you and GeniuzLab Ltd (Company No. 16220840), a company registered in England and Wales.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use FastFitPro.

FastFitPro is an AI-powered fitness platform that provides:

• Personalised workout programmes generated using AI (AWS Bedrock / Claude).
• Personalised nutrition plans generated using AI.
• GeniuzScore: a composite fitness tracking metric.
• Blood report analysis using AI (Pro and Elite tiers).
• Alex AI Trainer: a conversational AI fitness coach (Elite tier).
• Posture analysis using AI (Elite tier).
• An exercise library containing over 900 movements.
• Progress tracking including fitness assessments and strength logs.

Programmes are AI-generated and are not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. FastFitPro does not employ certified personal trainers to review individual plans. The AI system applies evidence-based principles (including NASM OPT methodology and WHO guidelines), but it cannot account for all individual health circumstances.

You should consult a qualified doctor, physiotherapist, or certified personal trainer before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you:

• Have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.
• Are pregnant or postpartum.
• Have not exercised regularly in the past 12 months.
• Are over 50 years of age.

Blood report analysis is informational only and does not constitute medical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified medical professional to interpret your blood test results.

FastFitPro offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 3 AI programmes per month. No charge.
• Nutrition Only (£9/month): Unlimited nutrition plans.
• Workout Only (£9/month): Unlimited workout programmes.
• Pro (£19/month): Unlimited programmes, blood report analysis, advanced analytics.
• Elite (£49/month): All Pro features plus Alex AI Trainer and posture analysis.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise GeniuzLab Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at nuwan@geniuzlab.info.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.

Refund policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, we do not offer refunds for partial months. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

You agree not to:

• Use FastFitPro for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its AI models.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Use the service to generate content intended to harm others.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription tier restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

All content, software, and AI models on FastFitPro are the property of GeniuzLab Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

AI-generated programmes and nutrition plans are provided for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeniuzLab Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of FastFitPro.

Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us during that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of FastFitPro after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at nuwan@geniuzlab.info.
